Tart Crust
Combine all ingredients in cusinart to mix. Then press and form into tart pan.

Lemon Filling
Cook eggs, sugar, lemon juice slowly in a double-boiler on low. Add butter slowly, one pat at a time, melting each pat of butter before adding the next. Cook until thickened. Pour into cooled tart crust. Chill.
